JPMorgan Chase is warning
465,000 people
 with prepaid cash cards from the bank that hackers
gained access to their personal information. The data breach happened in July
2013. The cards were issued by government agencies for tax refunds and unemployment
benefits. The cards were also issued by companies to pay employees. The data is
normally encrypted by the bank but was available in activity logs as plain
text. JPMorgan Chase has notified card holder of the breach but is unclear on
exactly what customers were affected.
